About the Artisan Market
The Artisan Market at the Mills began in the summer of 2018 and is a collaboration of the North Andover Farmers Market and the East and West Mills. The markets are handmade only events with artisans from all over New England. We also offer live music, children's activities and food trucks.
Two years of markets have taught us a lot. We have listened to our vendors and our customers and are excited to bring some changes that we know you will like.
Instead of offering 4 monthly summer markets, we are going to host 2 larger events with more more vendors, and more sales time. We will now offer a spring market and a fall market. Both events will run from 10 am to 3 pm. We will have scheduled rain dates for severe weather issues. There will be more space for tents and more space for cars to pass during loading and unloading.
What won’t change? Our awesome volunteers. Free breakfast and water for vendors during the market. Load in and out at your spot. Help with tent set-up.
We are hoping that the things you loved will remain the same and the new changes will bring more customers and even better sales. The first market is before Father’s Day, allowing for our artisans to aim many sales at gifts for Dads in addition to the usual demographic. An October date will allow those who sell holiday and seasonal items to be part of our events. We hope to see you at our new and improved Artisan Market at the Mills!
The markets will take place in the lots behind the West Mill on High St., just a short walk from First and Main where the Farmers Market is held. The space abuts Sutton Pond, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop for the market. A free hayride offers patrons rides back and forth between the two markets throughout the day.
Thank you to our sponsors, RCG, the East and West Mills, and the North Andover Merchants Association.
